Our services

Spanish For Us provides online Spanish learning services for children. A parent or legal guardian must create and manage each child's account and is responsible for the information provided through it.

Accounts and classes

Please keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Trial and recurring classes are subject to teacher availability. We may reschedule or cancel a class when reasonably necessary and will communicate material changes using the contact information associated with your account.

Payments and cancellations

Paid services, billing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the plan details and checkout terms shown when you subscribe. Contact us before disputing a charge so we can help resolve it.

Text messages

If you provide a mobile number and affirmatively opt in, Spanish For Us may send transactional SMS messages about scheduled classes, including booking-request alerts and class reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. We do not use this SMS program for marketing. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not use our services unlawfully, interfere with classes or platform security, or share another person's account without permission. We may suspend access for misuse or to protect students, teachers, and the platform.

Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided as available to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spanish For Us is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
